She Showed Up. She Bloomed. A Recap of Our First Self-Love & Self-Care Workshop.

Saturday night reminded me exactly why this work matters. A room full of people in Woodstock, Georgia walked through the doors of Gather & Bloom ready — ready to stop running on empty, stop putting themselves last, and start building the most important relationship of their lives. The one with themselves.
What happened in that room was something special. And we’re still feeling it.
More Than a Floral Workshop
The Self-Love & Self-Care Workshop, a collaboration between Stacked Intent and Gather & Bloom, was designed around a simple but powerful idea — the way you build a floral arrangement mirrors the way you build a relationship with yourself.
Selecting your stems — identifying what brings you joy. Clearing and trimming — letting go of what no longer serves you. Arranging with intention — creating space for yourself in daily life. Rooting your design — committing to protecting your growth.
Under the expert guidance of Lauren, owner of Gather & Bloom, every person in that room created something beautiful with their hands — and walked away with something even more valuable in their heart.
What the Room Felt Like
There’s something that happens when people give themselves permission to just be. No performance. No pressure. Just an honest, intentional evening dedicated to themselves. That’s what Saturday night was.
Conversations were real. Connections were made. And every person left with a mason jar arrangement they built with their own hands — a tangible reminder sitting on their counter all week that says: I showed up for myself.
This Is Just the Beginning
Saturday night was a first step — not a finish line. If this resonates with you, there are several ways to keep doing this work together:
- Join the next workshop — drop a 🌷 on our Instagram @stacked_intent to get on the list.
- Bring the workshop to your group, organization, or community — we’ll come to you.
- Continue the work one-on-one, through courses, or at an upcoming retreat.

To everyone who was in that room Saturday night — thank you. You were brave. You were open. You did the work. And we are so honored we got to witness it. 🌷
Happy Day,
