WHAT IS THIS EXPERIENCE?

The Rediscover Your Intentional Self experience is not a conference. It is not a one-day workshop you attend and forget by Tuesday. It is an immersive, multi-day journey β€” led by Becca Stackhouse-Morson, MS, CFLE, RYT-200 β€” designed to move people in a way that lasts.

Over the course of the experience, participants work through four interconnected areas:

Self-Relationship β€” Understanding who you are, how you show up, and what it means to stop letting yourself vanish under the weight of everything else.

Relationships β€” Exploring the patterns we inherited, the boundaries we need, and how to cultivate connections that are actually healthy.

Nutrition & Nourishment β€” Building a sustainable, guilt-free relationship with food through hands-on cooking, mindful eating, and practical tools.

Authentic Leadership β€” Learning that leadership is not about being the loudest in the room β€” it is about building strong networks, making intentional decisions, and showing up as your real self.

Each day includes morning movement and mindfulness, workshops, community cooking sessions, reflection time, and space to simply breathe. Participants leave with a full toolkit β€” not just inspiration.

Becca Stackhouse-Morson, MS, CFLE, RYT-200

Becca is a Certified Family Life Educator, yoga instructor, and founder of Stacked Intent. With a Master's in Family Studies and over two decades of lived and professional experience in relationships, finances, and health, she brings something most facilitators cannot β€” she has done the work herself.

She has managed Crohn's disease through lifestyle, navigated financial independence, built and lost relationships that taught her everything about what healthy looks like, and walked onto a Jiu Jitsu mat at 30-something with zero experience. She is not teaching theory. She is teaching what actually moves the needle.
